Chris & Megan's Pittsburgh Wedding

If you folks have been following along on instagram or twitter at all, you might remember that I had some crazy back surgery a few months back. That all went pretty well, and I'm back to business as usual around here. But I am WAY behind on the blogging. I know everyone's moved onto pumpkin spice everythings and boots and sweaters already, but I'm gonna be posting some summer photos. Like these ones, from Chris and Megan's wedding back in June. They had a very Pittsburgh engagement session last year, and followed it up with a very Pittsburgh wedding. We hit some of their favorite spots in the city for a few classic portraits, and partied hard all night, thanks to the Wyndham.Pittsburgh wedding photographerPittsburgh wedding photographerPittsburgh wedding photographerPittsburgh wedding photographerI loved Megan's whole look for her wedding. Hot pink lipstick, birdcage veil, and look at these shoes.Pittsburgh wedding photographerPittsburgh wedding photographerPittsburgh wedding photographerPittsburgh wedding photographerPittsburgh wedding photographerPittsburgh wedding photographerPittsburgh wedding photographerPittsburgh wedding photographerPittsburgh wedding photographerPittsburgh wedding photographerWave to your fans, Em.Pittsburgh wedding photographerWedding at St. Paul's Cathedral in PittsburghMegan's dad joked that she was only getting married here because St. Peter's Basilica was booked. If you're trying to skip the flight to Rome, St. Paul's Cathedral is definitely the next best thing. It's a seriously beautiful church.Wedding at St. Paul's Cathedral in PittsburghWedding at St. Paul's Cathedral in PittsburghWedding at St. Paul's Cathedral in PittsburghWedding at St. Paul's Cathedral in PittsburghWedding at St. Paul's Cathedral in PittsburghWedding at St. Paul's Cathedral in PittsburghWedding at St. Paul's Cathedral in PittsburghThis month actually marks ten years in business for me. An entire decade of photographing weddings, and somehow this is the first time I've ever done portraits at the pillars at Carnegie Mellon. I couldn't have asked for better models.Wedding at St. Paul's Cathedral in PittsburghWedding portraits at the pillars, Carnegie Mellon UniversityWedding portraits at the pillars, Carnegie Mellon UniversityWedding portraits at the pillars, Carnegie Mellon UniversityWedding portraits at the Cathedral of Learning, PittsburghWedding portraits at the Cathedral of Learning, PittsburghWedding portraits at the Cathedral of Learning, PittsburghWedding portraits at the Cathedral of Learning, PittsburghThe North Shore was hoppin' on such a nice day, but we worked around it.Wedding portraits on the North Shore, PittsburghWedding portraits on the North Shore, PittsburghWedding portraits on the North Shore, PittsburghWedding portraits on the North Shore, PittsburghWedding portraits on the North Shore, PittsburghWedding portraits on the North Shore, PittsburghWedding portraits on the North Shore, PittsburghWedding portraits on the North Shore, PittsburghWedding portraits on the Point, PittsburghWedding portraits on the Point, PittsburghWedding portraits on the Point, PittsburghWedding photography at the Wyndham, PittsburghWedding photography at the Wyndham, PittsburghWedding photography at the Wyndham, PittsburghWedding photography at the Wyndham, PittsburghWedding photography at the Wyndham, PittsburghWedding photography at the Wyndham, PittsburghWedding photography at the Wyndham, PittsburghI honestly can't remember what was going on here, but the ladies on the left appear to be having a rap battle.
